El Infinito works with a handful of partner organizations in and around Xela promoting organic and sustainable agriculture, here some of them.

Atitlan Organics

Picture
Atitlan Organics believes that farming should be Fun and Profitable.  Keeping an eye on local markets and bottom lines, their farm foundations lie in diversified edible landscapes, open-pollinated seeds, perennial crops, and traditional breed animals, as well as farm-produced fertility, compost teas and homeopathic preparations.

With Atitlan Organics we are organizing some workshops, Shad Qdsi (the Founder and Director) went with Pedro and Juan Pablo  to Florida to recieve a course of sustainable agricultural practices at ECHO which stands fro Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization, an institute that aims to promote these kinds of practices in the poorest countries around the world. Following the workshop, we've decided to work together and host various workshops to spread the word here in Guatemala.
